Reporting grievances or misconduct

The 'SpeakUp' whistleblower system offers the opportunity to report significant grievances and serious matters such as criminal offenses in a protected manner. Due to a clearly defined structure that is accessible to everyone regarding reporting and the escalation process, it creates confidence and security in reporting grievances.

Public channels are also available. Legislation in Germany generally gives priority to internal reporting.
