Studies honor future viability and marketing for apprenticeships
Like many other German companies, the Bamberg-based medical aid manufacturer is facing many challenges: shortage of skilled labor, digitalization and New Work are just a few of them. In collaboration with the personnel marketing agency 'Embrace', the magazine 'Stern' examined how companies in Germany are reacting to these changes and looked at the topics of mobile work, organization of working hours, structural organization, empowerment, digitalization and innovation. Ofa Bamberg scored four out of five possible stars in the survey, making it one of Germany's “future-oriented companies”.
Furthermore, Ofa Bamberg also achieved a very good result in a joint study by the business magazine 'Capital' and the apprenticeship portal 'Ausbildung.de' regarding the training quality of companies. Ofa Bamberg received four out of five stars, making it one of the best training companies in Germany. In particular, the categories of chances for success and the industrial-technical occupational fields as well as the occupational field of IT were awarded the highest possible number of points.
Both results show: Ofa Bamberg can look into a bright future - the appreciative atmosphere and the company’s way of adapting to current circumstances are very well received by employees.
