It is important to us to fill the first pillar of our mission statement with life. For us, appreciation is an attitude that puts people at the centre. This includes recognition, goodwill, respect and friendliness.
Appreciation means more than just ‘Well done, keep up the good work!’ - For us, it means respecting the individual. This appreciative attitude is independent of personal deeds, performance, age and position.
